Having an accessible, easy-to-use triage assessment process is a critical element in BIT/CARE work to ensure quality documentation, increase bias mitigation and reduce the legal risk of mismatching assessment to interventions. Join Dr. Van Brunt as he demonstrates the Pathways system and how this expert system provides consistent assessment for those coming to the attention of the BIT/CARE team and providing clear, direct and actionable guidance and documentation for teams and case managers.
